About the role

The Manufacturing Planner 3 will plan and lead department/organization processes for developing, implementing, and maintaining various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions, and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and plan manufacturing concepts and strategies to support business objectives.
• Prepare and build analyses and cost estimate reports.
• Lead integration of complex suppliers, processes, materials, data, and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.
• Participate in source selection to ensure manufacturing requirements are met.
• Develop complex tooling from initial design to end-of-use disposition.
• Lead investigation and resolution of complex or systemic manufacturing-related issues.
• Lead teams performing producibility assessments of design concepts.
• Lead development of complex work statements and sequencing of events to support delivery commitments.
• Draft, update, and review processes and procedures to support business and regulatory agency requirements.
• Review and implement non-conformance requirements into shop floor work orders and supplier specifications.
• Translate design requirements (Electronic Bill of Materials, EBOM) into Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) to create and maintain part demand within the program production system.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• 5+ years of experience within manufacturing planning.
• Experience with GOLD.

Pay

$50.13 an hour based on experience.

Schedule

4x10 shift: 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM.

Assignment Details

This is an 11-month assignment with the possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
