Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Game: Crush sales goals by delivering exceptional customer experiences, upselling accessories, and promoting products to drive revenue.
• Piercing Excellence: Complete comprehensive training to become a piercing expert. Conduct piercings, educate customers on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions or concerns.
• Keep It Fresh: Maintain an visually appealing store with organized displays, inventory, and layouts that enhance the shopping experience.
• Team Collaboration: Support the Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and fostering a positive, high-energy environment.
• Brand Representation: Showcase Claire’s products and services, stay updated on fashion and social media trends, and use your knowledge to suggest products and boost sales.
• Store Operations: Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, cash transactions, visual merchandising, and promotional activities to reflect Claire’s fun and joyful brand.
• Create Shareable Moments: Encourage customers to share their new accessories and piercings on social media, turning their Claire’s experience into viral content.

Pay

All positions will be compensated at or above the legally mandated minimum wage for the location in which work is performed. Final compensation will be determined by factors such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
