About the role
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for overseeing store operations to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations and conduct performance evaluations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Prepare and present weekly reports to upper management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of retail management experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
