About the role

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for overseeing store operations to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, staff scheduling, and merchandising.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Prepare and present weekly reports to upper management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of retail management experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
