About the role
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing store staff.
Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manage store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure customer service standards are met and exceed customer expectations.
- Handle inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products.
- Collaborate with regional managers to develop and implement store strategies.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of retail management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and employees.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skills
- Customer service orientation.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
