About the role

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing store staff.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee store operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Manage store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure customer service standards are met and exceed customer expectations.
  • Handle inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products.
  • Collaborate with regional managers to develop and implement store strategies.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and employees.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

  • Customer service orientation.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
