About the role

As a Store Manager at CosmoProf, you will lead a team of salon professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales goals. You will oversee all store operations, manage budgets, control expenses, and ensure the store looks its best.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives an unforgettable experience.
• Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory.
• Ensure all staff follow safety and security rules and procedures, and Company policies.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• A self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty!
