About the role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is full-time and located in West Des Moines, IA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Manage and develop a team of store associates to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols.
• Prepare and present weekly reports to upper management.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications
