About the role

Responsible for increasing sales within the designated territory through effective communication and relationship building with potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify leads to determine their suitability for the company's products/services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term business growth.
  • Present the company's products/services in a clear and compelling manner to prospects.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service and support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Effective presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
