Position Summary
Retail salespeople at Lids are key to the brand's success. They engage customers, maintain store appearances, and ensure product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate revenue by providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
- Maintain store cleanliness and adherence to visual guidelines.
- Adhere to dress code and protect company assets.
- Manage store inventory, process shipments, and count merchandise accurately.
- Support store operations and follow LIDS Retail policies.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
