About the role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing staff. You will work closely with the Store Manager to implement strategies that enhance sales and customer service.Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, cash handling, and store cleanliness.
- Manage and motivate a team of store associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Implement and monitor store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on strategic initiatives to improve store performance.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
