About the role

The successful candidate will manage a store located in Merrimack, NH. This is an entry-level position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction and store profitability.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
• Train and supervise store associates to enhance their performance and customer service skills.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
