Responsibilities
- Remains accountable for provision of direct care to assigned patients.
- Contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system.
- Works as a team member and assists other staff members with implementing patient care.
- Assumes responsibility of care for assigned patients under the direction of the co-assigned RN or MD.
- Participates in the plan of care, implements appropriate nursing interventions, and contributes to patient/family education through collection of data, interdisciplinary team collaboration, documentation and excellent communication.
Requirements
- Diploma from an accredited LPN Nursing Program.
- Active New York State LPN license in good standing.
Qualifications
- Recent acute care experience helpful.
- Experience with diverse patient populations a plus.

Pay
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Schedule
FT positions available, 8 and 12 hour shifts.
