We are seeking Sitters/Companions in Buda, TX and surrounding areas (San Marcos, Kyle, Luling, Lockhart, Wimberley, Woodcreek, Driftwood, Fentress, etc.) to provide care in a healthy, happy environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to the client.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide transportation (valid driver’s license required).
• Promote positive, supportive, and respectful communication with patients, families, and staff.
• Maintain a respectful environment for patient privacy and property.
• Demonstrate effective time‑management skills.
• Report unsafe conditions, problems, and observations to a supervisor.
• Attend required in‑service trainings to support professional growth.
• Uphold the Right at Home philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.

Requirements

• Willingness to drive at least 30 minutes to a client’s home.
• Valid driver’s license.

Pay

Base pay: $15 – $18 per hour.
