Mercy Clinic is seeking a full-time BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join our clinic in Joplin, Missouri. Work alongside an expert team of care professionals who genuinely care for one another and share your passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

About the role

• Bread and butter practice with opportunity for immediate growth
• 5 days call/month
• 11 state-of-the-art OR’s with Stryker Multi-Gen Video System
• Clinic office suite on hospital campus
• Clinic consists of 7 exam rooms, 2 procedure rooms, allergy space available, and audiology clinic attached
• Private pre/post-op rooms
• Large, established multi-specialty referral network
• System-wide EPIC EHR
• Interest in allergy a plus
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Teaching opportunities with local medical school available

Pay

• Guarantee at $600K
• $55K recruitment bonus
• $35K retention bonus
• Up to $20K relocation
