Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP), behavior plans, and assessments.
• Communicate information to Direct Support Professionals, parents, guardians, and day programs.
• Handle individual accounts and oversee the house budget.
• Coordinate and assist with planning of individual leisure/recreation time.
• Educate, supervise, and monitor individual self-medication programs.
• Transport and provide supervision to individuals in places of worship.
• Physically assist individuals in transfers and carry tasks.
• Implement Agency policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and positive demeanor.
• Complete Supervisors Training.

Marginal Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist Residential House Manager in evaluating Direct Support Professionals.
• Coordinate ongoing medical, dental, psychiatric services.
• Create daily working schedule in absence of the Residential House Manager.
• Implement staff recognition.
• Maintain First Aid, CPR, MAP & PABC certifications.

Requirements

• Associates degree preferred and one year experience in a residential program.
• Must be 21+ years old, have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and be available by telephone for daily contact.

Physical And Mental Requirements

• Identify and follow instructions and manage priorities.
• Work a flexible schedule including overtime, sleepover coverage, and night awake coverage.
• Communicate effectively and build rapport with the disabled population and service providers.
• Maintain effective time management skills.

Benefits

Excellent benefits package, including a sign-on bonus of $1,000.00, paid training, and a competitive pay rate of $19.50-$21.00 per hour.

$19.50-$21.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday 3p-11p, Wednesday - Saturday 3p-11p, Full Time: 40 Hours.
