About the Role

The Scientist and Engineer labor category is comprised of Analysts, Engineers, and Scientists with knowledge and skills to apply a variety of analytical techniques to formulate and solve problems; plan for future technologies; conduct research and development; and define requirements for systems. Specific knowledge and expertise may be required in specialized engineering fields.

Education and Experience

Level 3 – Requires 3 to 10 years of experience and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the applicable discipline. This skill level typically performs all functional duties independently.

Security Clearance and Other Requirements

• Minimum active U.S. TOP SECRET clearance and subject to a government security investigation
• Valid driver’s license required; driving or renting a car for company business is expected with some frequency
• Ability to pass a background check to be granted access to specific working locations and installation bases (pertains to Technical Services positions)

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Travel

Occasional travel – you may be expected to travel for meetings, trainings, and/or site visits.
