Analyst, FP&A
About the Role
As a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst, you will provide analytical reporting and support to the Finance Medicare Part D organization. You will work directly within the team, with others outside the team, and with upper management. Good communication skills are needed to convey results and drive analysis. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, confident in running reports and pulling/summarizing data, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

- FIR Report & Retriggers
- PDE Acumen Reporting
- IRASA Analysis and Reporting
- NX Reporting
- COV 44 Reporting
- Manufacturer Dispute Report
- Data pulls and analysis using SAS, GCP/BigQuery, or other data resources
- CMS Audit Point-of-Contact
- CMS Audit Tracker Maintenance
- Ad Hoc Analysis & Reporting
Requirements
- Up to 2 years of prior relevant and practical experience
- Ability to work independently and also be a team player
- Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Access
- General finance knowledge
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred with up to 2 years of prior relevant and practical experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAS (data warehouses)
- Understanding of CMS Medicare, specifically Medicare Part D
Pay
The typical pay range for this role is $43,888.00 - $85,068.00. This range represents the base annual full-time salary for positions in this job grade. The actual base salary offer will depend on factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant considerations. This position is also eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range.
