About the role

As a General Manager, you will lead shift managers, crew trainers, and crew members to ensure Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage manager and crew schedules
• Manage inventory
• Train and plan for maintenance
• Develop a team and build constructive relationships
• Monitor safety, security, profitability, and communication
• Set and meet targets for the department, kitchen, guest services, and maintenance team
• Help the team meet their goals

Requirements

Previous General Management experience is required, preferably with McDonald’s. We are looking for team players who can elevate the morale in the restaurant and help drive the team, create a fun environment, and produce exemplary results in a fast-paced environment.
