About the role
As a Paraprofessional, you will support teachers by assisting with classroom activities and helping students with individual learning needs, including those with special needs, learning difficulties, or language barriers. Your role is vital in ensuring a smooth and effective learning environment.
Pay
Hourly pay range: $20.93 - $25.43, based on years of full-time, verified, directly related experience working with students up to 15 years. This position is grant-funded through the end of the 2026-2027 school year.
- Associate Degree: $1,200 annual supplement
- Bachelor’s Degree: $1,500 annual supplement
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree: $1,800 annual supplement

Qualifications
- Associate degree, or
- 60 college credits, or
