Paraprofessional (Teacher's Aide) Job Description As a Paraprofessional, you will support teachers by assisting with classroom activities and helping students with individual learning needs, including those with special needs, learning difficulties, or language barriers. Position: Emergency Paraprofessional Description: Temporary, full-time paraprofessional who steps in to cover for the paraprofessional of record during their leave of absence.
