Key Responsibilities
- Assists in compiling regulatory filing documents and maintaining computerized files to support all documentation systems.
- Affixes basic accessibility remediation tasks in Microsoft Office and PDF documents, including:
- Applying heading styles
- Formatting tables and lists
- Adding alternative text to images
- Verifying hyperlinks and reading order
- Correcting basic accessibility issues
Basic Qualifications
- Possession of Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university according to the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), or four (4) years relevant experience in lieu of degree. Foreign degrees must be evaluated for U.S. equivalency
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Pro or willingness to learn PDF remediation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written communication and proofreading abilities.
- Ability to follow established procedures and documentation standards.
- Basic understanding of document management and version control concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn regulatory and accessibility compliance requirements.
