About the Role

The Jacksonville Jaguars Foundation is seeking friendly, high-energy, and motivated sellers to join the Jaguars 50/50 Fan Raffle for Charity sales team for the 2026 football season. This part-time, seasonal role offers the opportunity to raise funds for the Jaguars Foundation and other local charities during every Jaguars home game at EverBank Stadium.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with fans pre-game and in-game to explain the 50/50 raffle program.
• Accurately handle sales and distribution of raffle tickets, including cash and ticket reconciliation at shift end.
• Respond to fan inquiries about the program, the Jaguars Foundation, and partner charities.
• Demonstrate dedication by meeting or exceeding minimum sales goals.
• Maintain enthusiasm during every fan interaction and sale.
• Utilize creative and outgoing sales techniques to maximize engagement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to stand for long periods and walk extended distances in parking lots and stadium areas.
• Mandatory attendance for all home games (2 preseason and 7–8 regular season games).
• Self-motivated with high energy and strong interpersonal/verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions (rain or shine).
• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
