5.5 Hour/Day Café Helper

Windom Area Elementary – 5.5 hours/day, 7:45 am to 1:15 pm.

About the role

Assist with food preparation, serving meals, washing dishes and pans, and general cleaning of the kitchen and serving area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• One to three years of experience in the school food service program preferred
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a related field accepted

Pay

Union contract hourly range for the 2025-2026 school year: $16.52 – $19.13 (based on education, experience, and qualifications; subject to change once the new contract is settled).
