4X10 Sales Representative
About the role
MCI is seeking Sales Representatives to support outbound sales programs for leading commercial clients across both consumer and business sectors. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer engagement, and will be able to connect with prospects and existing customers via outbound and inbound calls.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored products or services
- Upsell and cross-sell to maximize customer value and satisfaction
- Resolve customer issues using internal tools and cross-functional collaboration
- Document all customer interactions and claims accurately
- Follow client-specific scripts, policies, and compliance procedures
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and care
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams
- Achieve first-call resolution through effective communication and problem-solving
- Stay informed on program updates through training and team meetings
- Meet attendance and scheduling expectations consistently
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Customer-focused with empathy, patience, and professionalism
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, technical support, or administrative roles (especially in a contact center) is preferred
Conditions of Employment
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Subject to the program and location of the position
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint

Compensation Details

Physical Requirements
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
