4C Medical Telemetry LPN- Full-Time Nights

Responsibilities

Captures patient care using the nursing process under supervision or direction of a licensed healthcare professional.

Maintains patient rights and confidentiality.

Coordinates patient care with other departments.

Maintains professional accountability.

Supports patient well-being.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience.

Valid LPN licensure and adherence to state requirements.

PREFERRED SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS

• Certifications such as ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., BLS, and LPN-IV, with some certifications required based on specific unit needs.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Perform tasks involving gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
