3rd Shift Service Order Dispatcher
Key Responsibilities
Receive, document, and prioritize all incoming calls, and service requests.
Dispatch technicians and escalate issues based on severity, impact, and established protocols.
Accurately and timely enter all requests into the CMMS (Maximo preferred).
Coordinate with DDC/EMCS monitoring personnel when required.
Identify urgent issues and escalate immediately to on-call leadership.
Provide clear, professional communication with technicians, supervisors, and government stakeholders.
Maintain accurate shift logs, incident notes, and turnover documentation.
Ensure all information is complete, audit-ready, and compliant with contract requirements.
Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality to support 24/7/355 operations.
Follow all shift coverage protocols, including call-out procedures and documentation requirements.
Support seamless shift transitions through thorough handoff communication.
Qualifications
Experience in call center operations, dispatching, facilities support, or similar roles.
Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage high-volume or high-urgency situations.
Proficiency with computers, CMMS platforms, and basic administrative tools.
Reliable attendance and commitment to overnight shift requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting military, federal, or healthcare environments.
Familiarity with Maximo or similar CMMS systems.
Understanding of facility operations, maintenance terminology, or emergency response workflows.
