Seasonal Operations Dispatcher - 3rd Shift

About the Role

As an Operations Dispatcher at Bath & Body Works, you’ll provide essential resources to support the Maintenance team in various initiatives. This seasonal position involves a mix of call center and dispatching duties, reporting, data entry, and creating and managing documents using Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Receive and dispatch calls with excellent customer service skills.
• Monitor GSMi graphic systems for conveyor systems across all Columbus distribution centers.
• Monitor camera systems for conveyor operations in Columbus distribution centers.
• Send and receive emails on behalf of the Maintenance team.
• Create and maintain files in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Publisher.
• Investigate and adjust inventory levels using MVO One software.
• Maintain asset data in MVP One software and related Microsoft files.
• Perform data entry for new inventory, equipment, and invoices.
• Create the Maintenance Newsletter quarterly using Microsoft Publisher.
• Generate and analyze reports for distribution to the Maintenance team.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a clerical support role.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail with strong follow-through.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions with initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivation and a sense of urgency.
• Knowledge of MVP One maintenance management software is a plus.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Publisher.
• Associate’s degree or a combination of a High School Diploma and equivalent experience.
