The Sanitation Manager is responsible for the overall sanitation of the facility and its equipment, supply management for the department to reduce/control cost. Implement employee safety and food safety initiatives. Manage small hourly employee crew, implementing culture to develop good supportive work environments. Support company policies and procedures to drive excellence.

Responsibilities

• Overall sanitation of facility and equipment
• Supply management to reduce/control costs

• Inventory management
• Documentation and interpretation of data
• Apply mathematical formulas
• Leadership and policy enforcement
• Maintain master sanitation schedule
• Ensure SQF and SSOP compliance
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, or minimum 5 years of sanitation experience
• Experience: Understanding of basic sanitation operations, chemical safety, inventory management, and mechanical skills

Pay

US Salary Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000 USD
