About the role
A dynamic Trainer is needed for the 3rd Shift Production Department. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing employees
- Assess employee performance and provide feedback
- Conduct regular meetings with team leaders to discuss progress and challenges
- Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and relevant
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in training and development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a production environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
