3rd Shift Production Operator

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced 3rd Shift Production Operator to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth production operations during the night shift.

Responsibilities

• Interface with inside sales to monitor schedule and collaborate with the engineering team.
• Exhibit excellent manual dexterity and an eye for visual quality and small features.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, microscopes, and manual CMM effectively.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications, with a solid understanding of shop math.
• Follow and provide written and oral instructions in English.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and oral, as it relates to the job.
• Work the 3rd shift schedule.

Requirements

• Prior experience working the 3rd shift in a production environment.
• Strong capability in using precision measuring tools.
• Proficiency in English communication (written and oral).

Schedule

12:00 AM – 8:00 AM, Monday – Friday

Pay

$19 – $21 per hour
