3rd shift production line operator

We are seeking dependable, detail‑oriented individuals to operate a production machine line and ensure quality products are manufactured to customer specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing experience, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Independently operate and monitor a production machine line.
• Ensure the machine continues running efficiently and producing quality product.
• Monitor the hopper and maintain adequate material supply throughout production runs.
• Perform quality inspections using digital calipers and compare measurements to blueprints and customer specifications.
• Assemble cardboard boxes by folding and stapling them using a staple gun.
• Package finished products and palletize completed boxes for shipment.
• Remove scrap material and cut down product using a saw when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lb on your own.
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to walk up and down the production line frequently.

Schedule

• 2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 2:50 PM – 11:00 PM (includes a paid 20‑minute break).
• 3rd Shift: Monday night through Friday night, 10:50 PM – 7:00 AM (includes a paid 20‑minute break).

Pay

• 2nd Shift: $19.50 per hour.
• 3rd Shift: $20.00 per hour.
