3rd Shift Production Crane Operator

Job Summary

CA Lawton in De Pere is seeking overhead crane operators for their foundry. Prior crane operating experience is required.

Hours and Pay

• Monday – Thursday: 5:30 PM - 4:00 AM
• Friday and Saturday: OT as needed
  • Regular Pay: $19 - $28.00 per hour depending on experience
  • Shift Premium: $2.00 per hour

Job Duties

The Crane Operators focus on safely managing the production process on the foundry floor, including:

• Making quality parts in a timely manner
• Controlling the flow on the foundry floor
• Focusing on all steps of the production process through pouring castings
• Setting flasks
• Pulling molds
• Flow coating as needed
• Closing molds
• Rolling molds
• Performing other duties as assigned

• Mechanically inclined
• Tendency to follow set instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven team player
• Self-starter
• Strong work record in safety, quality, and dependability

• Strong knowledge of foundry processes
