3rd shift Press Operator
Full-time 3rd shift position in Johnson Creek, WI. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 AM–8:00 AM with a $1.50/hour shift premium.
About the role
As a Press Operator, you'll manufacture high-quality rubber components used in dairy equipment worldwide. You'll operate molding presses, inspect parts for quality, and help keep production running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor rubber injection mold presses
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Trim, grind, and finish molded parts
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Record production information accurately
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Work closely with teammates to keep production moving
- Assist other departments as needed
Requirements

Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or rubber molding experience is helpful but not required. We'll train the right candidate.
Physical Requirements
- Standing and walking for the entire shift
- Frequent use of hands
- Occasional lifting of more than 40 pounds

Work Environment
This is a manufacturing environment where temperatures can vary seasonally, machinery is operating throughout the shift, and employees may occasionally be exposed to grease, oil, humidity, vibration, and moderate to loud noise.
