About the role
Our state-of-the-art national fulfillment center in Westminster, Maryland is seeking quality workers to pick, pack, and ship approximately 1.2 million books daily to customers worldwide. This role is critical to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer book orders using a variety of methods including voice automation.
Requirements
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to stand for an entire shift with minimal breaks.
- Ability to climb stairs and work comfortably on an upper mezzanine level.
- Minimum age requirement is 18.
Schedule
- 3rd shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.
Pay
$16.00/hour base rate + 15% shift differential = $18.40/hour.
