Order Picker 3rd Shift (11:00pm-7:00am Sun-Mon) *Up to $24/hr*

We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real specific content. Use for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to preserve all substantive info.
Let's parse the posting:
Job Title: Order Picker 3rd Shift (11:00pm-7:00am Sun-Mon) *Up to $24/hr*
Department: Shipping
Accountability: This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor
Responsibilities: bullet list.
Requirements: bullet list.
Work Environment – Manufacturing: bullet list (machinery, chemicals, dust, noise, protective clothing etc.)
Company Details: paragraph about Havis.
Then specifics: "Company offers Health, Dental, Vision and 401(k) Plan with employer match 100% employer paid STD, LTD and Life & ADD benefits Generous paid time off (PTO) and holiday benefits Competitive pay commensurate with education, skills, and experience"
Also "Prepared by: Human Resources Approved by: Shipping Supervisor" – metadata, can be short paragraph or dropped.
We need sections: About the role (maybe combine department, accountability, schedule?), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications? There's no separate qualifications beyond requirements. Skills maybe part of requirements. Benefits: we have health, dental, vision, 401k, STD/LTD/Life/ADD, PTO, holiday benefits. Pay: we have "*Up to $24/hr*" and "Competitive pay commensurate with education, skills, and experience". The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. We have pay info: Up to $24/hr, competitive pay commensurate... So we can include Pay section. Schedule: we have shift times: 3rd Shift (11:00pm-7:00am Sun-Mon). That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section.
Benefits: we have health, dental, vision, 401k, STD/LTD/Life/ADD, PTO, holiday benefits. So Benefits section.
Qualifications: maybe we can combine with Requirements? But we need to avoid thin sections. Could have Requirements section covering education, experience, skills, physical abilities. Qualifications maybe not needed. Skills maybe part of Requirements. We'll decide to have sections: About the role (department, accountability, schedule?), Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But schedule already in About the role? Better to separate schedule. However schedule is specific: 3rd Shift (11:00pm-7:00am Sun-Mon). We'll put in Schedule section.
About the role: could include department, accountability, maybe brief description: "Order Picker 3rd Shift". But we must not repeat job title as heading. Could include a short paragraph describing role: e.g., "The Order Picker works the third shift (11:00pm‑7:00am Sun‑Mon) in the Shipping department, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor." That seems okay.
Responsibilities: list.
Requirements: list (including education, experience, skills, physical abilities). We'll include all bullet points.
Benefits: list.
Pay: include "$24/hr up to" and "Competitive pay commensurate with education, skills, and experience". Since we cannot include filler like "commensurate with experience" as heading but we can include as text. It's substantive.
Schedule: include shift times.
We must not include boilerplate like "Prepared by: Human Resources Approved by: Shipping Supervisor". Could fold into a short paragraph or drop. Probably drop as minor metadata.
Also "Company Details" paragraph about Havis: that's substantive about company. Could be part of About the role or separate section? There's no heading for Company Details. Could include under About the role as a paragraph about the company. But we already have About the role; we could add a paragraph about Havis after accountability. That's okay.
We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we preserve all substantive info.
Let's craft HTML:
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies we should use those headings for sections; we could still add other headings but better to stick to those. We could fold work environment details into Requirements as a bullet. Let's add a bullet: "Work environment includes exposure to machinery, chemicals (see SDS), dust, noise; protective clothing and equipment may be required."
Also we missed "Company offers Health, Dental, Vision and 401(k) Plan with employer match 100% employer paid STD, LTD and Life & ADD benefits Generous paid time off (PTO) and holiday benefits". Already captured.
We also missed "Company offers ... Competitive pay commensurate with education, skills, and experience" we have pay.
We missed "Prepared by: Human Resources Approved by: Shipping Supervisor" - minor metadata, can drop.
We missed "Department: Shipping" we included in About the role.
We missed "Accountability: This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor" included.
We missed "Havis designs and manufactures market-leading Computing, Mounting, Power, and Transport Solutions." etc. We included a brief description; maybe we should include more specifics from company details: "Havis designs and manufactures market-leading Computing, Mounting, Power, and Transport Solutions. Our engineering and product development centers serve as the backbone of our commitment to excellence..." etc. We should preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. We need to keep all details from company details paragraph. Let's incorporate that paragraph fully (or near fully) into About the role.
Company Details paragraph:
"Havis is at the forefront of revolutionizing industries by unlocking the full potential of technology to drive productivity and enhance safety through innovative mobility solutions. We take pride in being the trusted partner of choice for technology providers, enabling them to move business forward in a wide range of industries, such as Retail & Hospitality, Public Safety, Energy & Utilities, Warehouse & Distribution, Field Operations, Transportation & Logistics, Healthcare, and Military Defense. Havis, Inc. - Website: www.havis.com Headquartered in Warminster, PA ISO 9001 and 14001 Certified - Quality Management System Fast growing company in a niche, growing marketplace"
We need to preserve all that. We can include as a paragraph (or multiple paragraphs) under About the role. Ensure we don't drop any detail.
Let's craft About the role paragraph(s) that include department, accountability, schedule, and the full company details.
We'll avoid repeating job title as heading.
We'll include schedule maybe in About the role or separate Schedule section. We'll keep Schedule section separate as we have shift times.
Thus About the role will contain department, accountability, and company details.

Check for any missing substantive info: Work Environment – Manufacturing details (machinery, chemicals, dust, noise, protective clothing). We omitted that. Should we include? It's substantive. Could be part of Requirements or a separate section like Work Environment. There's no heading for Work Environment but we could include under Requirements or a separate section like "Work Environment". The instruction: Use headings only for the listed ones (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It didn't forbid other headings? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule).
