3rd shift Network Technician
About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Network Operations Support Technician to join a dynamic 24/7 support team in Montgomery, Alabama.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and maintaining critical statewide LAN/WAN networks, including wireless, VPN, point-to-point, and campus configurations across multiple agencies.
- Responding to network alarms and troubleshooting issues.
- Updating incident records and supporting the reliability of voice and data services.
- Performing shift work, including training on 2nd and 1st shifts before transitioning to the overnight schedule (12am - 8am).
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience with LAN/WAN maintenance and support.
- Minimum 1 year of call center or service desk experience.
- Knowledge of voice and data circuits with troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with incident management systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
- At least 1 year of systems analysis or service desk experience.
- A High School Diploma or GED.
Qualifications

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour.
