3rd Shift - Manufacturing Engineer - Engine Assembly
Job Description
Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy. May include support roles with specialized technical field of knowledge; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.
Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area. May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework.
Solves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters. Good interpersonal skills and may be required to lead process improvements. An ability to explain technical information to others.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing)
- Experience in manufacturing or production
- Process control, Improvement & escape prevention, Technical requirements & process control, GD&T, blueprint reading, problem solving, lean manufacturing

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $92,000-$105,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Schedule
This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.
