Responsibilities
- Performing preventative and reactive maintenance on machinery, building systems, and grounds
- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical/electronic issues
- Installing new machines and programming PLCs
- Managing parts inventory and sourcing materials
- Conducting tool & die and fixture work
- Supporting cross-training and departmental organization (5S)
- Documenting work and assisting in root cause analysis
- Communicating professionally and collaborating across shifts
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
- Proficiency with basic gauges, measuring tools, and machine control systems
- Solid communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Experience with SAP and Excel (preferred)
- Leverage in Lean manufacturing experience (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
