What You’ll Do

  • Welcome late arrivals, assist guests, and ensure a smooth, friendly check-in/check-out experience.
  • Process guest transactions accurately and assist with end-of-day balancing and reporting.
  • Monitor the property, ensure guest safety, and address any concerns calmly and professionally.
  • Respond promptly to guest needs, questions, or issues during the overnight hours.
  • Set up the front desk and common areas so the day shift walks into a clean, organized space.
  • Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks during your shift, including front desk, lobby, and light housekeeping duties to keep the hotel fresh and guest-ready.
  • Document any incidents, maintenance issues, or guest concerns for management follow-up.

What We’re Looking For

  • Able to work reliable and comfortably overnight hours.
  • A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A calm, professional demeanor in all situations.
  • Customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
