3rd Shift CNC Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting daily CNC production to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals
• Supervising, coaching, and mentoring CNC operators; assigning work and monitoring performance
• Troubleshooting machining, programming, tooling, and process issues to minimize downtime and scrap
• Monitoring part quality, stopping production when issues arise, and escalating concerns as needed
• Enforcing safety standards, work instructions, and SOPs while fostering a safety culture
• Training and onboarding new employees on machine operation, quality, and safety
• Collaborating with engineering, quality, maintenance, and scheduling teams
• Maintaining accurate records of production, labor, and machine maintenance
• Identifying and supporting continuous improvement across processes and teams

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
• At least 5 years of CNC machining experience; leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of CNC machines, tooling, and machining processes
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments
