About the Role
Join Azura Living, a family-owned community dedicated to creating a warm, supportive environment where residents and team members feel valued and connected. We're seeking compassionate and dependable individuals for our overnight care team.
Schedule
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM
- Part-Time: 1–2 shifts per week plus every other weekend
- Full-Time: 3–4 shifts per week plus every other weekend
- Flexible scheduling available
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with overnight care needs and activities of daily living
- Ensure resident safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the night
- Respond to resident requests with compassion and professionalism
- Maintain a calm, clean, and supportive environment
- Work closely with a caring and dedicated team
Requirements
- Compassionate and reliable individuals
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Qualifications
- No experience required—we provide paid training
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for caring for older adults
