3rd Shift Blender Operator

Seeking a production employee to manufacture and blend high-end gel coat chemical products (paint) for fiberglass-exterior products such as boats, RVs, bathtubs, and more.
Responsibilities
- Check the big-batch schedule to determine the product to be mixed during the shift.
- Obtain the appropriate batch slip from the production office.
- Review raw materials listed on the batch ticket and verify their availability.
- Record required information on the batch ticket.
- Mix batches according to procedures.
- Take samples from mix tanks and make spray-ups for color matches.
- Deliver samples, spray-ups, and batch tickets to the lab for testing.
- Work on other batches while testing is in progress.
- Pack out batches into containers per ticket instructions.
- Record weights and ensure proper labeling and storage.
- Maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Forklift operation experience.
- Production or manufacturing experience.
Schedule
- Currently operating on two shifts Monday through Friday, with plans for a third shift.
- Shifts:
- 1st shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2nd shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 3rd shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Training available on first or second shift.
- Must be available for Saturdays and overtime as needed.
- Saturday shifts: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
Pay
$18.00 – $20.00 per hour.

About the role
