Responsibilities

  • Work within a station that is part of a robotic welding line for the robot to weld a unit using standard build process.
  • Follow all production processes to maintain a consistent workflow to ensure safe operations, quality product and consistent delivery.
  • Assemble/fit together parts to form complete units or sub-assemblies in a robot fixture.
  • Use various hand tools such as grinders, scrapers, or other types of finishing tools to ensure quality product.
  • Control operation of robot, cleaning and inspection.
  • Read and understand operation standard, as needed, such as blueprint.
  • Manual movement and lifting by clamping parts together by hand and/or using hand tools.

  • A high school/GED diploma preferred (required to maintain the pre-treatment system only).
  • Ability to comply with safety standards (full body Tivex suits, air purifying respirator).
  • Technical ability to escalate issues when identified.
  • Able to follow standard work as trained by a supervisor or OpEx lead.

Pay

Starting at $18.21/hour plus $2 shift differential totaling $20.21/hour

Schedule

3rd shift 10:30pm – 6:30am
