About the Role

This position plans and implements an instructional program and provides related educational services for students in grades K-5. The role involves managing student behavior, assessing and evaluating student achievement, and modifying instructional activities as required. Additional responsibilities include a variety of student monitoring and control activities, as well as other related duties.

Teachers may work in a single, team, or departmental classroom setting, and some positions may be assigned to specialized areas such as reading or technology labs. The position operates under the general supervision of a principal or other designated administrator.
