Horace Mann Elementary (within the Redmond Learning Community) is seeking a dedicated educator to join the Third Grade Team for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a supportive, engaged community focused on excellence, inclusion, and equitable practices for all students.
About the Role
This is a 1.0 FTE, full-year leave replacement position. Interviews will be held the second week of August.
Requirements
- Washington State teaching certificate with Elementary Education endorsement
Pay
Compensation follows the Lake Washington Education Association (LWEA) teacher salary schedule, including:
- Base contract
- Additional contracts for LEAP days and Responsibility pay
- Technology stipend
- Professional Fund
