We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting. The posting includes: - Position Title: Teacher, Elementary Immersion - Department: Instructional Services - Reports To: Principal - FLSA Status: Exempt Then Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in elementary education or related area of discipline with previous student teaching experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid SC Teaching License (any applicable area) Must have current government issued identification Terms Of Employment: 8 Hours/190 Days Certified Salary Schedule The terms of employment detailed in this job description are based on full time employment during the school year. Conditions of employment adjusted for part time employees or individuals who are hired for less than an entire school year. General Summary: Under general supervision, instructs students in academic and social skills in such a way that the individual student's needs, interests, and abilities are met. Assists in other school programs as assigned. Essential Functions: a long list of duties. Supervisory Responsibility: Responsible for supervision of students in classrooms, field studies and other instructional settings. Responsible for classroom materials and supplies budget (if applicable). Responsible for maintenance and inventory of equipment; responsible for reporting equipment malfunctions and safety issues. OTHER SKILLS And ABILITIES: a list of abilities. Physical Demands: description. Work Environment: description. Evaluation: Performance of this job is evaluated annually according to Board Policy. Disclaimer Statement: ... (legal boilerplate) - we need to remove legal/EEO etc. So we should drop disclaimer statement and nondiscrimination policy. We need to decide sections: The posting has Qualifications, Certificates, Terms Of Employment, General Summary, Essential Functions, Supervisory Responsibility, OTHER SKILLS And ABILITIES, Physical Demands, Work Environment, Evaluation. We need to map to allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can combine sections: "About the role" could include General Summary. "Responsibilities" could include Essential Functions and Supervisory Responsibility. "Requirements" could include Qualifications, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Terms Of Employment (maybe schedule). "Skills" could include OTHER SKILLS And ABILITIES. "Benefits" maybe not present; we have no explicit benefits. "Pay" maybe not present; Terms Of Employment mentions Certified Salary Schedule but not actual pay amount. Should we include Pay? The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It states "Certified Salary Schedule" but not actual pay numbers. That is still mention of a salary schedule; maybe we can include Pay section with that statement? However they said avoid filler like "not specified", "varies", "TBD". "Certified Salary Schedule" is a specific reference but not a number. Might be considered substantive? It says "Terms Of Employment 8 Hours/190 Days Certified Salary Schedule". That is specific about hours and days and that there is a certified salary schedule. Could be considered schedule and pay info. The schedule: 8 Hours/190 Days is schedule. So we could include Schedule section with that. Pay section maybe we could include "Certified Salary Schedule" as mention of pay schedule. But they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Pay and Schedule into one? But headings are fixed; we could include Schedule with the hours/days, and maybe Pay with "Certified Salary Schedule". However we need to avoid creating sections with filler. The posting does state schedule (8 Hours/190 Days) and mentions Certified Salary Schedule (implies pay scale). So we could include both. But we need to decide which sections to include: About the role (General Summary), Responsibilities (Essential Functions + Supervisory Responsibility), Requirements (Qualifications + Certificates + Terms Of Employment?), Skills (OTHER SKILLS And ABILITIES), Schedule (8 Hours/190 Days), Pay (Certified Salary Schedule). Benefits not present, so omit. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for each section heading. We need to use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose, use

. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the details but we can format as lists. We need to remove boilerplate: disclaimer, nondiscrimination policy, maybe also "Evaluation Performance of this job is evaluated annually according to Board Policy." That is not boilerplate? It's somewhat generic but it's substantive? It's about evaluation. Could be included maybe under About the role or a separate section? There's no heading for Evaluation; we could incorporate into About the role or Responsibilities? Probably we can include a short paragraph under About the role or maybe a separate section "Evaluation" but not allowed headings. So we could fold into About the role as a sentence. We must remove duplicated lines. There's no obvious duplication. We need to ensure we don't include legal/EEO etc. So we drop the disclaimer and nondiscrimination policy. Now craft HTML. We'll have sections:
