Responsibilities

• Execute precise conduit runs, wire pulls, and box installations for commercial electrical projects.
• Perform basic device terminations and system setups directly under the guidance of Journeymen and Foremen.
• Maintain a safe, organized work site by staging materials efficiently and ensuring tools are properly kept.
• Apply local electrical codes and safety protocols daily to ensure high‑quality, compliant installations.
• Log on‑the‑job training hours accurately and complete required apprenticeship coursework.
• Collaborate closely with field leadership to build technical mastery and prepare for your Journeyman exam.

Requirements

• Active Utah Electrical Apprentice License.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally up to 10% of working hours.

Qualifications

Required:

• Proven ability to follow technical directions and work safely on active commercial sites.
• Strong communication skills, punctuality, and self‑motivation.

Preferred:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in commercial electrical field operations.
