3PL Forklift Operator - SPIE 2nd Shift-4

About the role

Responsibilities

• Use radio-frequency stock locator.
• Reports any discrepancies in orders to Shipping and Receiving supervisor.
• Key in 15-digit part numbers into computer.
• Maintain warehouse equipment by following manufacturer’s standards of use and cleaning.
• Work with supervisor towards meeting performance standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Daily use of a fork truck, reach truck, push carts and motorized pallet jacks.
• Operate with a high level of accuracy.
• Enter computerized data and print tags.
• Provide training support for peers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 10 pounds on a frequent basis.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds on a moderate basis.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• No positive drug screen for the past 12 months.
• Able to gain and maintain the necessary security clearances.
• Basic English reading and writing levels.
• Basic math, ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Able to recognize discrepant 15-digit part numbers.
• Able to be licensed on a forklift and a reach truck.

Qualifications
