About The Role

The 3D Motion Graphics Artist at Negativ Design is a vital creative position responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality 3D animations and motion graphics. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in 3D animation and motion graphics.
• Proficiency with industry-standard software such as Cinema 4D, Redshift, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative 3D motion graphics and animation projects.
• Experience with 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, and typography.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present concepts and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork, mentorship, and collaborative skills.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AR/VR and interactive 3D design is a plus.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
• Work with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and adhere to timelines and milestones.
