3D EXPERIENCE Developer /Product Manager

About the role

Seeking an experienced Product Manager / Product Delivery Manager with 7+ years of experience to lead the transformation and migration of Automotive BOM and PLM processes into the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation and migration of Automotive BOM and PLM processes into the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
• Define product strategy and roadmap for automotive BOM management and PLM modernization.
• Manage EBOM, MBOM, 150% Over‑Complete BOM, and 100% Configured BOM.
• Drive product configuration, variants, options, effectivity, and Engineering Change Management.
• Support migration from legacy PLM/BOM platforms such as Teamcenter, Windchill, SAP, or proprietary systems.
• Partner with Data Migration teams on data mapping, transformation, cleansing, and validation.
• Manage Agile product delivery, backlog, epics, and user stories using Jira.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Purchasing, Enterprise Architecture, and PLM teams.
• Promote Out‑of‑the‑Box (OOTB) 3DEXPERIENCE capabilities and minimize unnecessary customization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Delivery Manager.
• Strong experience in Automotive PLM and BOM management.
• Proficiency with Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
• Hands‑on experience with data migration, including mapping, transformation, cleansing, and validation.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management skills across engineering, manufacturing, IT, and purchasing functions.
• Experience managing Agile delivery processes, backlogs, epics, and user stories (Jira preferred).
• Familiarity with legacy PLM/BOM systems such as Teamcenter, Windchill, SAP, or proprietary solutions.
• Ability to promote and leverage out‑of‑the‑box platform capabilities while minimizing custom development.
