3D Exhibit Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed design packages including renderings, floorplans, elevations, and fabrication drawings.
• Develop graphic elements that enhance the design and integrate materials that support fabrication feasibility while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Ensure designs align with project budgets and timelines, balancing innovation, practicality, and client objectives.
• Collaborate with account managers and production/warehouse teams to deliver innovative solutions that bring client visions to life.

Qualifications

• Experience in trade show exhibit design or experiential events (strongly preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering using 3D S Max, Vray, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional creativity with the ability to balance innovation, practicality, and client objectives.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
• Team-focused with leadership potential and a passion for mentoring others (a plus).
